What’s your rate?
As of February 2023, my tattoo minimum is $200. My average cost for one of my flash pieces is about $200-$350 depending on the size, complexity, and placement. Once you have filled out a booking form, I will give you a quote before you book.
Do you require a deposit?
Deposits are required for booking and are applied toward the cost of the tattoo. I typically require $100 to book an appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable and will be forfeited if you no-show, are over 30 minutes late, or cancel within 48 hours of the appointment time.
How do I pay? Do I need to tip?
I accept cash, Venmo, or PayPal. Tipping is not required, but very much appreciated. Standard tipping for tattoo artists is 20-30%.
What does inclusive & consent forward tattooing mean?
This approach to tattooing means that I am aware of the experiences and background my clients may be coming in with and am prepared to affirm each person’s experience and thoughts to the best of my ability. This entails clear communication and being respectful of both my client’s boundaries and my own.
Do you accept custom/commission work?
I take on custom work on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in getting a custom piece in my style, please send me any and all relevant information (including reference images, body placement, and size) through my email. The more detailed, the better! I will reach out to let you know if I think your idea is possible for me to do.
Do you repeat flash?
No, I do not repeat flash. If you want something similar to a reserved flash piece, you can reach out to me through my email and I will let you know my commission fee to create an alternative version.
Can you do multiple tattoos in one session?
Yes, and I do prefer this if you are looking to get several small tattoos.
Can I buy a flash design from you to be tattooed by someone else? Do you sell tattoo tickets?
No, I do not sell my flash to be tattooed by other artists. I hope to travel in the future to be more accessible to people outside of California.
Do you do cover-ups or blast-overs?
No, I do not do cover-ups or blast-overs at this time.
I’m in a position where I cannot afford a tattoo from you.
I set aside two pro bono flash appointments each month, prioritizing BIPOC in the trans, non-binary, and gender non conforming community. Please reach out to me through my email.
Is there anything you won’t tattoo?
Yes, I will not tattoo anything racist, sexist, religious, or ableist. I will also not tattoo any other artist’s work.
What is your COVID protocol?
I require all of my clients to be vaccinated and boosted. I strongly recommend my clients wear a mask but it is not required. I wear a N95 or KN95 mask in the studio at all times.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, you may bring a support person along with you to your appointment. I ask that if you bring someone with you that they follow my COVID protocol.
Do you do touch-ups?
Yes, I do free touch-ups for life for all of my clients. Simply drop me an email with a picture of your healed tattoo and I’ll book you for a touch-up session.
